  • Automatic creation and configuration of cloud servers
  • Deployment and management of Telegram Bots
  • AI model integration services
  • On-demand billing for server resources

2. Usage Rules

You agree to:

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not send spam or harassing content
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not infringe on others' intellectual property rights
  • Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with our services

You understand that:

  • Services may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time
  • You are responsible for protecting your account credentials

3. Payment and Refunds

Billing Method

  • Server resources billed hourly/monthly
  • AI model usage billed based on actual consumption
  • All fees displayed in your control panel

Refund Policy

  • Unused prepaid fees can be refunded
  • Service quality issues may be eligible for partial refund
  • No refunds for malicious use or violations

4. Intellectual Property

  • ClawDeploy brand and logos are owned by us
  • The Bot code you deploy belongs to you
  • We do not claim any rights to your content

5. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

  • Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Service results will meet your requirements
  • Any errors will be corrected

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability does not exceed the fees you paid in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

  • You can terminate service by deleting your account at any time
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations
  • After termination, your data will be deleted after 30 days
